Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Most are shipped via USPS Priority (about 2 days) for only $ 4.50. Overnight service, DHL, FEDEX or UPS,  is available for your really RUSH orders. However, minimum orders -- and very high dollar orders -- are shipped by USPS or UPS.

Terms

Terms are shown on each invoice. In general, our terms are Net 30 from Date of Invoice, unless the sale is from Memo. In this situation, terms are Net 10 from Date of Sale. We offer special terms for larger stock purchases. COD service is also available.

Minimum Order

The minimum charge for any order is $10, which includes a minimum shipping and handling charge of $2.50. (Therefore, the minimum charge for any merchandise would be $7.50)

Returns

Stones may be returned within 60 days from the date of sale, provided they have not been damaged or custom cut per your specifications. All stones are weighed and inspected prior to shipment and immediately upon return. RETURNS over 60 days must have prior approval and may be subject to a restocking fee.
